SHL Test etc.

Huffftt.. Kemaren aku Tes tahap 3 odp mandiri. sulit banget.. tiring juga :’(. Aku yang blajar tes potensi akademik buat masuk perguruan tinggi sama dunia kerja jelas kaget sama bentuk soal yang SAMA SEKALI BEDA. Jadi mandiri pake vendor SHL dari Inggris gitu, basisnya di Jakarta. Mereka biasa ngadain personal assessment buat perusahaan yang mau hire karyawan-karyawan baru. Nah karna aku blum pernah ikut tes shl sebelumnya makanya aku shock banget waktu tau bentuk soal yang kayak gitu. Jadi ada 3 macem soal. Yang pertama tes verbal. Nah tes verbal ini terdiri dari 48 soal yang harus dikerjain selama 25 menit. Dan tes verbalnya itu bukan tes verbal kayak yang common gitu (persamaan kata, lawan kata, dsb). Jadi bentuk soalnya tuh kayak ada 1 paragraf diikuti 4 pernyataan di bawahnya. Tugas kita adalah menentukan keempat pernyataan itu benar, tidak benar atau tidak terdapat dalam paragraf. Dan soal-soal kayak gitu ada 12 paragraf! Jadi asli ga bisa analisis dalem-dalem satu persatu, s...

Buccheri Shoes

Alhamdulillahirobbil’alamiin.. Aku lulus tes tahap 2 odp mandiri :). Kemarin pagi aku disms kalo aku terpilih mengikuti tes tahap 3-nya sabtu besok tanggal 24 Oktober jam 8 pagi di STIESIA (lho? Hihi). Aku hanya bisa mengucap syukur sebanyak-banyaknya, terima kasih ya Allah karena telah memberiku kesempatan.. Karna tes tahap 2ku lulus, berarti aku harus attend untuk tes tahap slanjutnya. Yang menjadi pikiran adalah aku ga punya sepatu. Dan rok buat padu padanan sama blazer. Pas tes tahap 2 kmaren pihak mandiri udah bilang kalo mule tes tahap 3 dan seterusnya, smua peserta harus mengikuti standart performance bank mandiri yang include outfit juga tentunya. Jadi buat cowok harus pake kemeja, sepatu dan dasi. Sedangkan yang cewek harus pake blazer, rok, sama sepatu. Dari tes tahap pertama kemaren aku pake sepatu warna abu-abu yang beli di pabrik sepatu temennya budhe di mojokerto. Tapi damn shitnya pas aku tes solnya lepas! Oh my god. Malu banget aku, untung masih bisa berjalan tegak...
